Robert Mulcare, REBC, FPQP

Robert joined Klamath Insurance Center in June of 2018 after spending the past 5 years working in the non-profit and government sectors. Most notably, Robert was the Executive Director of Basin United Soccer Club & Mike's Fieldhouse in Klamath Falls. Robert also served as the Local Public Safety Council Coordinator in Klamath and Lake Counties for the Association of Oregon Counties.

Robert has lived in Klamath Falls since 2011, when he moved from Pendleton, Oregon to attend Oregon Tech after high school. Robert studied Business Management - Marketing and has experience with marketing strategy development and research methods.

In September 2020 he earned his Financial Paraplanner Qualified Professional™ (FPQP™) designation from the College for Financial Planning. A short time later, Robert earned his Registered Employee Benefits Consultant® (REBC®) designation from the National Association of Health Underwriters. Both of these designations provided Robert with additional tools and advanced training to better assist his clients in making the best decision for their situation.

Robert is very active in the industry and helps shape the future of health insurance. He has dedicated his time and energy into learning everything he can about health insurance and being an advocate for his clients. Robert has spent time in Salem speaking to State Legislators about issues impacting his clients, as well as travels to Washington, DC in March to join other Agents and Brokers from across the country educating Federal Legislators on issues impacting his clients. He is the current Treasurer for the Oregon Association of Health Underwriters and the Co-Chair for the Northwest Medicare Summit.

Outside of work, Robert still keeps busy. He is an Executive Board Member for Friends of the Children, a local youth mentorship organization, as well as a volunteer with several community organizations. When he actually finds himself at home, he enjoys sitting on his patio, enjoying the peace and quiet with his dog "BB".

Robert is excited to be utilizing his background in a new way and looks forward help grow a local business, all while remaining client-focused and grounded in his values at work and at home.
